Yoshimura R&D has developed Full Systems, and Slip-On exhausts with single or dual mufflers, for the newly redesigned '09 GSX-R1000. The GSX-R1000 is all new this year, which provided a great opportunity for us to debut our newest muffler design. We are proud to introduce the TRC-D to our family of mufflers styles.
The TRC-D features a beautiful dual outlet, turndown stainless tipped muffler, captured by a stricking carbon fiber cone cap. The dual taper exhaust manages sound better in both high flow and high power applications. The resultant sound output is music to the ears... and lower lap times on the track. Yoshimura continues to provide the best in performance exhaust systems.
Full Systems include a 4-into-1 header and mid-pipe design with a single muffler for maximum weight reduction, your choice of muffler style, and all necessary hardware for installation.
Slip-On Dual systems include Dual Yoshimura mufflers for that "factory look", stainless steel mid-pipes, and all necessary hardware for installation.
Slip-On Single systems are similar to our Full System configuration, but retain your stock header. This system eliminates the stock catalytic converter and dual muffers by utilizing a single stainless steel mid-pipe up to your stock header. All necessary hardware is included for installation.
