Yoshimura R&D of America, Inc., has been a long-time sponsor, partner, supplier, and technical advisor for Westby Racing. For years, Westby Racing’s motorcycles have been equipped with Yoshimura exhaust systems, and together, Westby and “Yosh” have celebrated countless road racing championships, race victories, and podium results as a result of their longstanding and fruitful relationship.
To kick off the 2021 MotoAmerica season, Yoshimura marketing executive Erick “Big E” Bartoldus and a video crew traveled to Austin, Texas, last week to attend the Official Dunlop Preseason Test at the Circuit of The Americas (COTA). While there, Big E and his crew interviewed Westby Racing team owner Tryg Westby, team manager Chuck Giacchetto, and Superbike rider Mathew Scholtz, and they also captured footage of Mathew on track and the Westby Racing crew in action.
