Description
The 249cc air cooled EFI engine produces a nice base for adding good power to this great trail bike. We developed a stainless system with our updated RS-2 muffler and the new 250F responded nicely adding more HP and Torque through the entire power curve.
As part of our Enduro Series line which includes an installed spark arrester, this system is 100% ready to go on trails in all 50 states.

Will I have to Remap my ECU on my 2024 CRF250f if I install this?
All of our exhaust systems are designed to work on stock bikes with no other modifications and that is what we are showing in our published dyno charts. However, for racers that are looking for maximum potential gains, tuning may increase power gains beyond what we share in our charts.
Buy it boys! I talked it up,read about it,then just bought and installed it. Probably 30 minutes. Fits good. Looks good. Sounds good. Now I wasn’t expecting a whole lot but…when doing the exhaust, open the air box up, and put an EJK tuner on it and turn it up and we have something to work with. Got enough power to flat go in the mountains. Couldn’t be more happy with it. I was not impressed before these upgrades, with the power it had. I would say all this gave it 1/4 at least what it had to begin with. With a cheater tire it made a definite woods weapon for an old guy that don’t need to be on a yz 250 anymore climbing hills and going up rocky creek bottoms.
Looks amazing sounds even better!
