Description
Suzuki's V-Strom 800DE brings a brand new mid-size parallel twin platform to the adventure market in the form of a 776cc 270 degree crankshaft engine.
We utilized our RS-12 ADV muffler to develop a Street Series Works Finish slip-on for the new Suzuki to provide a nice tone for the new engine platform but also to help eliminate some weight and to give the V-Strom more power and torque for those off-road excursions. The RS-12 ADV is designed, engineered and developed to take on the rough trails of adventure riding. Spark arrestor sold separately.
The new V-Strom responded to our RS-12 ADV which gave the new Suzuki a shot in the arm with a 1.7% increase in HP and 1.6% increase in torque.
Think we'd stop there? No way! The New V-Strom comes with a custom-made, proprietary carbon fiber heat shield to protect against heat from the tail pipe and give the bike a real one-of-a-kind look. The RS-12 ADV also took off some weight 4.5 lbs. from stock. Now that's nothing to sneeze at!

Best exhaust I’ve ever purchased. Quality of build and sound is top notch at a very reasonable price.
The installation was very straightforward - took about 20min. Installed with the FS Approved spark arrestor. The tone is noticeably deeper, but is definitely not obnoxious. While cruising, you can just hear it over the wind noise if you listen - just enough to know its there - but quiet enough that it wont drone on a long cruise. On acceleration it's emits a nice baritone that shows off the sound of the engine without being too loud. It will be a great adventure exhaust that adds just the right amount of excitement.
